The Soy Candle Co
Hello, my name is Samantha. I am the owner of The Soy Candle Co. The Soy Candle Co is a small home-based candle business that makes a small selection of luxury items.
My interest in candles started as just a hobby that I enjoyed in my spare time. After learning about the nasty health hazards of paraffin wax, I invested some time and money in to learning the science behind candle making and exploring different types of products used to make candles.
After lots of experimenting with different temperatures, wax types, wicks, scents, and pouring techniques. I created a luxurious candle I was
super proud of!
I now make a small selection of luxury items using natural products and carefully selected fragrances. Each and every candle goes through a thorough testing process to ensure the scent throw and candle quality is absolutely perfect for my customers and their home.
Every single product is also personally handcrafted, hand-poured in small batches, and packaged up by me.
I hope you love my candle creations as much as I do.

We are nuts about a few things here at Pistachio Provenance. Freshness, Flavour and and you guessed it- Pistachios!
The Journey Began Here...
after a holiday in Greece snacking on the best pistachios we had ever tasted, we saw a gap in the UK market for a fresh, high quality pistachio nut that was grown sustainably and with provenance. With this in mind we made it our mission to find the best pistachio nut the world had to offer. Finding our perfect partners in the form of a co-operative of growers in Greece, we went about creating a brand and presence with standout simplicity, a trust in ingredients and ethical awareness. From day one it has always been our aim to work with the farmers closely and fairly, while providing people with a fabulous healthy shared snacking experience.
Step and Stone
We are two Janes – Jane Kippax and Jane Chong – like-minded friends who met through being mothers of children with Down Syndrome.
Lottie and Andrew have opened our eyes to a world of possibilities. We see what they are capable of. We see their ability not their disability.
Over the years, we’ve developed a wealth of patience and humour, and more than a touch of ingenuity. We want everyone to see people like Lottie and Andrew in the same way we do. So we’ve put our minds together, and with our passion for delicious food, have started Step and Stone.
Our Bristol-based bakery, Step and Stone, makes handmade lavosh flatbreads with a social purpose. We work with young people with learning disabilities, helping to develop their skills and confidence so they can eventually find employment in the mainstream catering world. We’re a community interest company, so all our profits are ploughed straight back into the bakery.
While our aim is social, our food is nothing short of delicious. We’re focused on organic and, when possible, locally-sourced ingredients. We have a passion for eating well.
