More Information on Next Day Delivery

 

Next Day Deliveries are Monday to Friday only; orders placed after midday on Thursday will be delivered on Monday. Weekend orders will be dispatched on Monday.

 

If you would like to specify a certain date for delivery state this in the note section provided.

We will then add this to our order list to be sent out 48hrs before this date to guarantee delivery.

Pick up is available on Tuesdays and Thursday 11am - 3pm.

 

For Tuesday pick up you will need to order by Monday at 3pm.

 

For Thursday pick up you will need to order by Wednesday at 3pm.

This is perfect if you are relaxed on when your box arrives with it’s recipient, you are living in the stated BS postcodes and you are keen for your parcel to arrive emission free.

 

International Deliveries

 

We can post internationally and will charge according to the location. Please do email hello@boxlocal.co.uk with your details and we can confirm costs.

 

 

My parcel has arrived damaged

 

We never like to hear that our packages arrive damaged or different from how they left our warehouse. In the very rare instance that this does happen, please contact us at hello@boxlocal.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement or refund.


 

I want to send to multiple addresses

 

The best way to do this is as separate orders. If you register with boxlocal your details will be saved, making future orders super quick.

If you make one order with multiple packages, these will be sent out to one delivery address. If you want each package sent to a different address, you will need to make each order separately.

Where do I add a personalised note?

 

When you select a set box you will be given the option to provide a personalised note and specify your delivery date before proceeding to checkout.

 

WIth our Build Your Own Box function you will be asked for this same information when you add your box.

This is a gift, will there be any pricing information in the gift box?

 

Definitely not! We’ll email you confirmation of your purchase with payment information, but we won’t include any payment information in the package. We know you’ll often be sending our boxes as gifts and won’t want the recipient to see this info!

 

 

What is your alcohol policy?

 

As a business we are registered with the local authority and have a licence to sell alcohol to people aged 18 and above. Part of our licence requires us to check the age of our purchasers – therefore every package delivered must be signed for by a person over the age of 18.

 

 

Is the information I provide kept private?

The website is highly secure. We are dedicated to providing the best shopping experience and use up-to-date technology to keep your information safe. We use partners Stripe and PayPal for your payment data; we have full confidence in these platforms and your data is not shared with any third parties. 

 

Can I swap items in a set box for something else?

 

Absolutely! Just include a note at the checkout of which items you would like to swap and we can make this possible.

Often the best option is to create your own box through our Build Your Own Box page. You can choose exactly which products are included to make your gift box just right.

 

How can I find out all the allergen information?
