Do you have a business shop?

 

Not at this moment. However, we are working on this behind the scenes and it will be available shortly. For any corporate enquiries we ask that you email hello@boxlocal.co.uk with your budget, headcount and approximate delivery date and we can come back with some proposals for you.

 

A lot of our clients like to take a look at the Build Your Own Box page to get a feel for our items and even pull together their desired box.

 

 

How do I place an order?

 

In the absence of our business shop, please email hello@boxlocal.co.uk. It would be great if you could give us an idea of your budget, headcount and the delivery date you had in mind. We will provide options of gift contents. 

 

Once we are agreed on the contents, we will just ask for the exact delivery date and the names, addresses and any dietary requirements of your recipients. We will also ask for any personal message to be included within the box which can be branded using your company logo.

 

We will then take care of the packaging and posting!

 

 

What are your delivery options?

 

Depending on the turnaround time for delivery we will provide you with the most efficient service. We use DHL and Royal Mail for postage. We also offer single point drop-off if you wanted your boxes to be delivered to your office for example.

 

For local Bristol deliveries, we use Zedify - a zero emission bike service which delivers to the following postcodes:

 

BS1, BS2, BS3, BS4, BS5, BS6, BS7, BS8* (exc over suspension bridge), BS9 0, BS9 1, BS9 3, BS9 4, BS10 5, BS13 7, BS14 9

 

 

Can we have a branded box?

 

Absolutely. We offer branded boxes for a one-off cost of £60 plus VAT. Using your company logo we can create your own personalised stamp which can be used on an unlimited amount of boxes meaning you can always use this whenever you order. 

 

Many clients have used this option and have loved the professional look.

 

 

Do you charge VAT?

 

We are a VAT-registered business so yes, we do charge VAT. We know businesses prefer to shop without VAT which is why the prices that you will see on our proposals typically exclude this. The VAT will be added at the end of the order and will be separated in your invoice enabling your business to claim this back.

 

 

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

 

We often offer our larger orders a bulk discount, but this is dependent on volume and product availability. If you’re ordering a larger portfolio, get in touch with us and we can discuss a plan.

 

 

What is your lead time and can I schedule deliveries in advance?

 

Our lead time is dependent on your volume and the nature of the products but we typically have a 1-2 week turnaround from initial query to delivery date.

 

We absolutely welcome advance orders with specified delivery dates. 

 

 

Do you comply with GDPR?

 

We absolutely do. We are registered with the ICO and you can read our privacy policy here. All information is kept for the purpose of the transaction and delivery only, and is then responsibly destroyed. For more information, do feel free to email hello@boxlocal.co.uk 

 

 

Is your site secure?

 

The website is highly secure. We are dedicated to providing the best shopping experience and use up-to-date technology to keep your information safe. We use partners Stripe and PayPal for your payment data; we have full confidence in these platforms and your data is not shared with any third parties.
