Re-launched 40 years after the retirement of Leonard Brake who had 100 years successful trading in North Somerset, the brand has been brought back to life by Joe Brake in 2020. Crafted from an orchard blend consisting of 9 + very well known cider apples, once blended and matured sparks a lovely leaf of the trade. Joe has managed to source apples from orchards once used by Brakes Cider 50 years ago - creating exceptionally good cider.
